Location ideal for walks or to reach Cortona, Arezzo, Siena and Lake Trasimeno. Practical and comfortable furnishings.

First floor: living room with fireplace, small kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom. Second floor: they are accessed from inside by climbing a wooden staircase, double bedroom with single bed.
