This house is located in a picturesque village at 700 m a.s.l. the hills overlooking the ancient city of Cortona. Large terrace with panoramic view and swimming pool shared with the other cottage. Location ideal for walks or to reach Cortona, Arezzo, Siena and Lake Trasimeno. Practical and comfortable furnishings.

Cottage composition:

First floor: living room with fireplace, small kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom. Second floor: they are accessed from inside by climbing a wooden staircase, double bedroom with single bed.
